Too expensive and not trustworthy

Our electric bill was almost $200/month for literally years and then magically it was cut in half. When I called to inquire I was told that so must be doing something different . Nope, not a damn thing. I figure we were cheated out of money for years. Bottom line, I don’t trust CMP .
